[Libre-soc-dev] Reports completion

I believe all outstanding reports have been accepted and are now
processing. I presume the fees will be delivered when the banking system
does its thing.

If you were wondering who pulled them together and posted them you can
blame me. I am afraid I did not go to the trouble of asking for
permission as time was up and I am very busy.

I analysed the link spaghetti and pulled it together into a coherent enough
report format to be, just about, acceptable for audit purposes. Many thanks
to the team for their forbearance.

Others added critical clarification to ensure the report could be
approved. They can tag themselves in here if they wish. I thank them
greatly for their help and assistance.
