the RFPs were never invalid

Athe RFPs were rised 3 months ago

michiel failed in hs duty and responsibility to review them
and after EIGHT WEEKS passed i prompted him.

he then began making aggressive STATEMENTS instead of
asking clarifying QUESTIONS.

the one-way communication continues even now.

he needs to be brought under control and the RFP status
restored even if it means the Database Administrators
need to modify the backend database by hand.

then told STOP MAKING STATEMENTS such as "you should get
psychiatric help" which is deeply unprofessional.
