i received an abusive message three months late containg
considerable false information and false declarations which
put me into shock so badly that it placed me at risk of
death and i was forced to call emergency services.

i have video recordings of the effects it had, but was unable
to record the actual breathing constriction incident b3cause,
understandably, i was too focussed on staying alive to be
able to navigate a phone menu.

under NO CRCUMSTANCES do that, it already placed me
at risk of death once.

in the case of 2021-02-52 the "summary" report which i cold
in no way write on my own and ASKED FOR HELP TWO MONTHS AGO
has been completed, yes.

in the case of 2021-08-071 the Domestic Verbal Abuse i have
been subjected has caused such immense physical organ damage
that i COULD NOT REMWMBER THAT DOCUMENTATION WRITTEN EIGHTEEN
MONTHS AGO ALREADY EXISTED. even more shockingly, i could not
remember the discussion with Cesar approx six weeks ago where
he asked me about that documentation, and was reminded of it
ony 3 days ago!

if your employee had not been so callous, unthinking, uncaring
and abusive, if you had FOLLOWED THE ADVICE IN MY KIND LETTER
TO YOU OF EIGHT WEEKS AGO, that i wanted to help you be more
proactive in identifying project grant recipients with autism
and who have been abused, to have emergency procedures
documented and in place ready to go, so that they are not placed
at serious risk in the EXACT ways you have placed me at
these past couple of months, then i would have felt SAFE, and
been able to GET you the requested information.

but precisely because your employee has been so shockingly
abusive i COULD NOT TELL HIM MYSELF 5HAT THE DOCUMENTATION
ALREADY EXISTED

bottom line you need to accept that you've made a shocking
error of judgement, and start unwinding the damage you've
caused

why?

because this is a PUBLIC project. people are watching to see
if it is safe to apply for NLnet Grants.

as an aside i would be very surprised if this was a coincidence:

there were no omissions.

there are no rejected RFPs, only RFPs that your employees
failed catastrophically to do their job in a way that did
not place me into such severe shock it risked killing me.

> so that you can still resubmit them?

again for the fifth time, why would i re-submit 100% valid
100% completed RFPs for work that was 100% completed
that were perfectly clear and simply needed your staff to
ASK QUESTIONS IN A SAFE WAY INSTEAD OF BEING ABUSIVE?
