Dear Alexandre,
thank you for your willingness to help, I appreciate the good intentions
and solidarity.
This is a complex situation in which Luke has neglected to listen, and
has behaved abusive and deeply unprofessionally at many times - and
still we are trying to help him and keeping him from damaging other
people. And do even do so in a discrete way, so that when Luke returns
to normality he hasn't burned all bridges. If you want you can read back
the last couple of months of discussions from the archive. We cannot
afford to go into further detail on a mailing list we are not even part
of, nor is there any time left - we have hundreds of other projects to
cater to. We are in week 207 of a programme lasting 208 weeks, and this
project has been ongoing for three years. We asked for documentation
months ago.
It is crucial to understand that the amount of text spent on
argumentations like this discussing edge cases presently has a ratio of
100:1 on actual documentation of the project. There is very little time
left for the latter, which is actually the only thing that matters.
If you want to really help the best thing is to help gather information,
and put it in the summary page(s) together with others [1]. This requires
some in-depth knowledge, but as an (even occasional) contributor you
might know your way around. We are not asking a useless management
report, just an overview for the project and its outcomes so that the
general public can benefit from the outcomes of the work - these people
cannot be expected to wade through rants and > 1111 issues on a bug
tracker.
We can look the rude behaviour, but we cannot produce this content for the
project.
Best,
Michiel
[1] I'm aware of only one such page though at present:
https://libre-soc.org/crypto_router_asic
Perhaps there is a similar page for the other - if not it should be created.
