so appreciated. i have done a few edits, in particular
identifying that the older parts are as far back as 2020.

it was completed many months ago - michiel just did not engage
within any reasonable timeframe. reviews should take place
and be completed within days of the RFP submission
so that payment can be made within a maximum of 2-3 weeks.
instead he left it *three* days until the Assure deadline,
refusing to ask questions, and thn made sure that his report
to the EC, for audit purposes, would look "reasonable".
this is abuse of a Disabled Autistic Adult who has chronic
physical health issues caused by long-term abuse.

deadline.
he also needs to re-open the abusively-closed RFPs.
i am not resubmitting RFPs that were perfectly valid
and submitted *months* ago.
