trying to help you. You need to appreciate that. Being autistic makes it hard
to empathise with others (eg NLNet) and so makes it prone to misinterpret them.
Please accept my interpretation. I do not have an axe to grind and so can make
independent and objective comment.
Understanding that they are not abusive will be good for your health.
You are stuck in a feedback loop where you believe that they are abusive and so
your starting point when reading email from them is that it is yet more abuse.
You are well aware of my work helping couples who divorce. I have seen this
many times over 30 years - I often have to tell people to try to understand
their ex-partner and what their concerns may be.
Mistakes & misunderstandings happen. They are not necessarily abusive.
So a bit of understanding might avoid this:
