Dear Luke,

we do not in any way prohibit the use of the bug tracker and the mailing
list. Where did you get that thought? We have no interest in telling you
what tools to use or how you run the project. We did state that you need to
extract the scattered information from there to the project documentation.
You cannot within reason claim anything we wrote when we rejected your
RfPs is new, or that we have not gone out of our way to accommodate your
particular situation.
> why are they doing this
We have consistently repeated the same message over and over again, for
the entire period in question. Please read back our emails. It is all
very simple: we need to know what the final results are and how it all
ties together. This is factual and non-negotiable, and your task as
project lead.
We have given nothing but opportunity to act throughout. Meanwhile you
continued to be abusive to us and others in public and private, while
accusing everyone of doing that to you. You embark on increasingly rude
rants towards pretty much the entire universe, bullying people,
pressuring and commandeering them. You yell on the phone, making even
nightly calls to my home number. You know our position towards the
online defamation of your ex-partner and former colleagues, a
regrettable act of personal vengeance which you even actively choose to
defend. You seem to have no self-reflection here: in these matters you
are certainly not the victim but the perpetrator. Ask anyone that has
kept up with the dossier, or is willing to read back even just a bit.
This lack of progress causes those people that want to help you get out
of this mess, including us, much grief. Meanwhile we have received
enough angry, sad, sulking, unpleasant, unproductive emails to probably
fill an entire book. But on the substance virtually nothing moved. This
is maddening. You don't seem to be willing to listen to anyone with
regard to the work that needs to be done. Even when friends like Alain
offer to kindly help you, you continue to push them away. Thankfully
they persist.
The ball is 100% in your court, and your action is urgently required. We
are convinced there must be a lot of work that has been done: you are
dedicated to the topic. Writing a basic summary, linked to the
individual outcomes, would help you and us to close off the project
successfully. Instead you continue to waste your time and precious
energy - and might I add that of many others - on dodging your
responsibilities, and wreaking revenge.
Let me repeat again that I think this page would be a good starting
point for such a summary, unless you are aware of a better one:

2021. While that is a while ago, there is already quite some stuff there
and it would seem feasible to me to get the heavily fragmented
information into a presentable shape.
I hope you can turn your mind to the work at hand. If doing the work
yourself is too confrontational, try and find someone you can mandate to
do the necessary work for you - and cooperate by providing them with the
input they request.
Best,
Michiel
