during that video my BP spiked at 173/119 at a heart rate ofv94,
which is extremely dangerous, leading to risk of heart attack
and further strokes.

half way through the video it climbed down to "only" 138/102
at a heart rate of 68.

bear in mind i am *sitting down* to take these readings.

i have just been down to the shore to feed crows, which is
something i love doing, and you will be relieved to know
that my blood pressure is now at a more healthy 116/78
with a heart rate, after walking, of only 71. again i was
seated and stationary when taking that reading.

i have telephoned two people i know to get them to help
get through to NLnet the life-threateningly dangerous
consequences of their inability to properly listen, before
it is too late.

i will *try* to provide the report requested but the threats
being made when NLnet has had *thirteen weeks* in which to
asl questions, when the normal processing time is under
THREE, leaves me at risk because of the MEDICAL effects of
placing me under stress.
