what the hell is going on?

this is a vast amount of money to me, it represents something like a YEAR
of money which will keep me from starving and freezing during the upcoming
winter months, now that I love off-grid and am attempting to recover my
physical health from so much abuse

Dear Jan,

despite many previous exchanges and requests, we are yet to receive the
necessary documentation and explanations needed to evaluate the work done
within the project as a whole.

Without your active cooperation, we cannot proceed at this point - and thus
have to currently decline the two remaining payment requests at this time.

We hope you are able to look into providing the necessary information
still. As the end of the NGI Assure programme is approaching, the window of
opportunity for resubmitting is unfortunately limited. You can resubmit
this RfP, including the requested information, within the next three days.
Please note that after this period, we will not be able to process any more
RfPs - and rejection will be final.
