I have been ABUSED michiel to the point of ALMOST DYING MULTIPLE TIMES

I CANNOT BE PRESSURISED and you have had TWELVE WEEKS in which to ask

I wake up to this message and on reading it the shock it induced I am now
literally trembling with terror, my hands shaking uncontrollably.

you don't even tell me which RFP

as an AUTISTIC DISABLED ADULT who has been systematically abused and
exploited, the way you are treating me is so abusive and callous I am
shocked and confused at the change in your attitude towards me after all
these years, it feels like a complete betrayal, just as I need to recover
my physical health.

an example: you state "you are not cooperating" yet you refuse to accept my
honest, truthful and fully-transparent report that complies not only with
your request, it complies with the Project's Charter, it complies with the
ethical transparency commitment that the entire project has run under since
its inception, it is what it is.

now,  it may be that the report is SHOCKING IN ITS EXTREME to you, due to
the ABUSE, but I am COMPELLED AND REQUIRED to report that, due to my
life-long commitment to integrity and speaking truth.

in other words, your repeated requests to censor are a shocking request
that I stop my life-long commitment to integrity.

again I repeat: if you do not understand PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS DO NOT MAKE
STATEMENTS AT ME.

you have HAD MY ACTIVE COOPERATION THIS WHOLE TIME, you just do not listen
to my answers in the twelve or greater weeks since the RFPs were raised.

please for God's sake LISTEN I have literally begged you several times to
LISTEN

Dear Luke,

despite many previous exchanges and requests, we are yet to receive the
necessary documentation and explanations needed to evaluate the work done
within the project as a whole.

Without your active cooperation, we cannot proceed at this point - and thus
have to currently decline the two remaining payment requests at this time.

We hope you are able to look into providing the necessary information
still. As the end of the NGI Assure programme is approaching, the window of
opportunity for resubmitting is unfortunately limited. You can resubmit
this RfP, including the requested information, within the next three days.
Please note that after this period, we will not be able to process any more
RfPs - and rejection will be final.
