[Libre-soc-dev] Request for payment for 2021-02-052: The Libre-SOC Gigabit Router

at 04:25am, after working on this in the middle of the
night for over one hour, due to being unable to sleep
as i had a distressing interview with the police tonight
which pushed my blood pressure up to 175/127 at one point,
i finally note that it is *jacob's* RFP that has been
approved but mine has not.

they are the exact same bugreport, the exact same work,
yet jacob's RFP of EUR 4,000 is approved (now payment pending)
and mine of EUR 3,750 is still unapproved (no payment pending)
