hi, jacob said he was up too late tonight/morning so will
not attend, i cannot either.

i am back in A&E with deep shock after finding video evidence
of being violenty assaulted on the 13th april 2023 by my
narcisistic ex-partner, RAYMOND. i was only able to handle
watching myself nearly choke to death on account of having had
approx 50 such other incidents in the past 18 months, over
half of them being in A&E since mid-january this year.

i made the report to the police at 1pm, and was able to keep
under control by doing some things i love and enjoy for
2 hours, until a conference call at 3pm.

unfortunately the call was regarding additional assaults
and although it was only 8 minutes long it triggered
cortisol which set off the usual dangerous chain and i
had to get to A&E once again.

i arrived at 3:40 and have been here since. i must have
slept for an hour woke up with joint pain, now subsided
somewhat, but can feel fibromyalgia (Epstein-Barr with
barometric pressure aggravation) activating as i write
this.

i now have a proper handle on what is going on and need
your full support to get back control of the project.
it remains under attack by CALDERWOOD and LEWIS who still
have a false Trademark claim in the identical fashion that
whitequark attempted to claim, with similar counterfeiting
effect and confusion (Trademark aliasing).

once the attempted seizure of the Trademark is recovered
then the project becomes safe again and no longer vulnerable
to Proprietary threat, as explained in my messages last week
and also last month.

Bob Michiel if you do not understand then please seek PROPER
legal counsel this time CONSULTING ME so that it can be
properly explained to the legal counsel what Trademark Aliasing
and Trademark Counterfeiting actually is. the last people
you consulted were sorry to say incompetent and unable to
understand.

please remember i have limited communications and memory
issues that need to be taken into consideration. at ALL TIMES
you need to show empathy and patience by ASKING QUESTIONS.
