[Libre-soc-dev] maybe get ryzen 7950x for faster compilation and avx512

the ryzen 7950x reviews went up today, it looks quite good, compilation 2x
faster than the 3900x i currently have.

I was wondering if libre-soc wanted to help me upgrade (libre-soc doesn't
have to pay for all of it), there's budget available in

it has avx512 support which would be useful to test against.

I would use my old hardware to upgrade the build server -- that should be a
massive improvement, around 2x, probably more if upgrading to a nvme ssd.

I would need the 7950x, an am5 motherboard, ddr5 ram, and a new cpu cooler.
it would also be nice to get a nvme ssd for use with the build server. I'm
guessing it'll cost around $1500-2000 for all of that.
