[Libre-soc-dev] Who wants build failure emails?

I got our gitlab-ci build failure emails up and working afaict.

you only get emails if you pushed the broken commits and it's a
project you selected to receive build emails for.

I can send everyone who wants build emails a link you can use to edit
your build failure email subscriptions.

Let me know if you want the link. the link will expire after 3 days
after I send it, so don't take too long.

If you want to edit your subscriptions later, you can click on the
"unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any recent (3 days) build failure
email you've been sent, or you can ask me to send you another link.
