as jn noted: each run takes well over an hour.  if i do small
incremental documented commits every 10-15 minutes for 10 hours
straight (like i did today) that results in 30 back-to-back CI runs
that are going to take over 48 hours to complete.

which makes invalid any kind of assertion that the runs are useful immediately.
