i'm currently going down a rabbit-hole of adding in SVSTATE recording
into the Trap pipeline (and PowerDecoder2, and State regfiles)

i got part-way through adding LD/ST exception code that "notices" that
an exception has occurred: Cesar is happy to implement that bit.
