again: i am reerting this with a forced push master.  this is now in
progress and looks like it's going to take 15 minutes to complete.

please listen: the changes that you are making are too low-level and
have far too many implications and ramifications.

i already told you on the irc channel yesterday: these are used for
microwatt auto-generation and have to be as close to decode1.vhdl as
possible, they're for documentation, critical to SV and many more
purposes.

if you wish to make low-level critical changes that impact microwatt,
making their life difficult to consider adding SV to it then you will
need to learn VHDL, submit corresponding patches to microwatt
upstream, and *then* update the CSV files.

we are also under intense pressure to get things done and you are
creating extra work which we do not need right now.
