yesterday, got C4M JTAG IOconnections routed out, into litex, and back
into the core so that JTAG debug scanning of IO pads can be done.  it
was a mind-bending pain in the neck.  also defined a preliminary
pinout set

today got pinmux working enough to auto-generate this page:

rest of day will write some tests (somehow) to check that the
IOconnections through JTAG work.  running this through JTAG will
involve writing a mini jtagremote client/server to be able to talk to
openocd.
