I believe the default ppc64le isos don't do graphical, they default to
starting the installer on serial. This may look like a hang if you
stare at the graphical screen. If you check my phoronix article on the
power8 server, you'll see I hit a similar case with the Ubuntu server
iso, and how I worked around it (switch VT and start the installer
manually).
