[Libre-soc-dev] IBM releases a2o core source

Previously IBM released the a2i core (vhdl). Now they released a
less-threads-but-faster-per-thread version of it. This core is
out-of-order unlike the predecessor.

The a2o core is written in verilog, and the repo contains converted
vhdl.
