a test on the LDST would be really helpful, it's now quite complex.
there are something like 64 different options, because of uddate,
cache-inhibit, sign-extend, data length (1/2/4/8), and byte-reversal.

also at some point it will be necessary to add support for updating
CR0, which is going to be a bundle of fun.
