excellent.  insn-histogram.py was a duplicate (out-of-date), you
missed this comment, i had already added it:

also, com16-v2-skel.py is (was) a duplicate of
estimate-compression.py, you missed this comment, i had already added

in comp16-v1-skel.py i renamed "next" to "nexti" because "next" is a
python keyword.

i also put in a TODO reminder to use insn_histogram.py to estimate the
best reg mapping targets.
