we're talking mtspr... mmm... you know what?  p974, that's basically
implementing features that we don't have or don't want.  HMER, no,
UAMOR, no, AMR, no.

however we *might* want to be able to set the PIDR because we have to
write an implementation of the Radix MMU at some point.  sigh.
