yesterday:
fixed the div fsm bug, turns out I forgot to properly adjust the decimal
point's location when adapting the fsm's remainder output to DivPipeCore's
interface.
today:
just finished 2 hr of meetings, first with openpower, then with cole.

continuing working on the accounting scripts (budget-sync in util.git) to
help keep track of funding on bugzilla and autogenerating wiki pages for
tracking funding.
