More hacking of latex styling: getting rid of too much vertical white space
before/after lists and other things. Changing \paragraph to \section - work
better when it has some title text and is numbered.

Discovered tabularx package - much better - wide columns

New chapter: SimpleV Prefix Proposal


Not been blown away by Francis -- yet.

Car repair people pushed some buttons through the dashboard - 'not our fault' -
of course!
