Word on simplification Makefile for tex -> pdf
Ended up writing comments as to why it is nasty.

Tried to remove some of the latex warnings, minor successes.

Started on bug 213 - created a new chapter to hold SimpleV Prefix Proposal,
converting html stolen from the web page to latex.

More glossary work.

Started new chapter on conventions used.
