tracking the Memtest not working in ECP5 FPGA was getting annoying so i
started doing side by side comparisons of microwatt unit tests instead.

i found that both andc and orc were faulty (they did not have a unit test
at all), and that both the DIV FSM and Pipe are not working (but in
different ways).

this is pretty urgent to fix, jacob, and you will need to do it because i
am not familiar enough with the FSM code or with the DIV pipeline code.

in the meantime i am going to continue trying to track differences in the
register dumps between libresoc and microwatt.
