yesterday:
drove 400 miles in 36C temperatures, had a nice day out in 3 completely
different geographically distant parts of the UK, waited 3 hours on a
motorway roundabout for a tow truck after the fan belt broke, got back at
2am.
today:
zoned out on the couch the entire day.
heard from Florent of Enjoy Digital. he sent me a build file which will
allow compilation for versa ecp5, and arty, and the size of libresoc is so
large it won't fit. given that we assessed a while back that synth_ecp5
needs 14k LUTs sonething fishy ia going on, there, which will need
investigating.
also heard from someone interested in using libresoc for the basis of a
robotics ASIC, i think there it is the ethos of open collaboration that
they understand and respect, as much as it is the CPU/GPU itself.
