took two readings as i was in such distress the
machine failed to takecreadings, fourtimes.

again he has not been listening.

failing to understand that criminal abuse has taken place

failing to ASK QUESTIONS when the WORK HAS BEEN DONE
and PROOF AND DOCUMENTATION ALREADY EXISTS.
