Whenever we attempt to deal with pcode or other mdwn-related parts of code, the
following warning is shown:

warning, file not .mdwn, skipping lrsc.txt

This must be removed, and an error must be raised instead, there should be no
room for non-mdwn files there. Also, as usual, do not print this to stdout,
this breaks any tool which writes to stdout.
