Also, yes, I know that this `oppc_int` is a pile crap. :-) If it's an MSB0 bit
vector, this should've been initialized differently. As I mentioned, there's no
room for bringing a full-blown selectable int equivalent into C, especially if
it's bigger than 64 bits.
