Dmitry, the project's requirements as per the full Transparency and
Audit Conditions are to push immediately. please ensure that you
use the server as if it were your local machine.
the absolute maximum amount of time that work should be local-only
is about 18 hours and that is seriously on the edge. normally it
should be well under 2 minutes between commit and push.
Jacob explained it well. Hwever he did not mention that we have *actually*
had people waste significant time by not publishing
work, nor that NLnet got Audited by the EU a few months
ago by an extremely technically-knowledgeable Auditor.
we absolutely have to be watertight "above board" here.
bottom line: no private local-only code. sorry.
