5-bit XO means XO is in bits 27-31, which i have edited in comment #0
for svshape4 already, TODO svshape3.

svshape4 i suggest something different from svoffset and svindex: just
specify si=0-3 for SVSHAPE0-3. no attempt to set multiple SHAPEs
like how svoffset and svindex do (it takes 6 bits to do that, also
setting up SVSTATE RA/RB/RC/RT/EA which is too much to attempt with
these complex Modulo REMAPs).
