I've merged the updated pysvp64db and also updated mdis code. Several new
commands added, can be checked by `pysvp64db --help`.

I suppose the approach is viable and extendable. I suggest therefore to mark
this task as completed and move to something more practical (read "code
generation"). Any objections?
