Jacob, I'm having difficulties reading or understanding this massive cascade of
with statements. But I suspect that you misinterpret how the API is used,
because the API doesn't need to explicitly mark what's visited, hooks do it.
Could you please check this README and adopt the code so that I could better
understand the idea?
