Andrey, in summary, the purpose of the sequence of documents it to communicate,
explain and persuade.  Starting with an overview where an individual who is new
to the topic can quickly grasp the principles, features and benefits of SVP64
it will be the prologue to the next section which will contain greater detail
and will form the basis of future programming/application/training guides.  If
you need help to review as you go along just ask.
