ok. I got all the https certificates set up for build.libre-soc.org and got all
the email and other stuff set up for build.libre-soc.programmerjake.tk set up.

I'm thinking it might be better to send all the emails and stuff from
build.libre-soc.programmerjake.tk since that doesn't require your maintaining
all the dns records and stuff.

I enabled sending build emails for lkcl at lkcl.net and for me. I want to add a
unsubscribe link, as well as making a better way to subscribe to build emails
than getting one of us to ssh into the server and edit
/home/build/gitlab-ci-archiver/allowed-emails.txt

Anyone else who wants to get build emails, let me/luke know... the system is
WIP though, so expect oddities/issues.

Currently it just sends emails for build failures only to the tested commit's
author and committer...any intervening commits don't get emails.
