This is for the FPGAs and equipment that we purchased using the FPGA-fund
(donations separate from NLnet) since the NLnet grant wasn't running yet. The
money that we used from the FPGA-fund is actually needed for other things such
as the raptor computing fpgas we already agreed to purchase iirc -- see
