Yet another day lost on macro wars, this time to adopt the vector notation to
the recent register support in macros. Also more iterations on that patch.

I hope that tomorrow I'll be able to at least some of notations we wanted.
Perhaps we'll need to introduce some special pseudo-operand for this purpose,
though.
