Starting with extracting wb_get into a separate file now. I'm being thrown off
by the 'global stop' that is shared with mmu_sim and mmu_lookup in
experiment/test/test_mmu_dcache.py.

Should stop become a parameter of each of the 3 fn's i.e. including wb_get()?
