btw i must apologise, i had brought out too many signals for the
test_issuer.il.  i have uploaded a new version, and you should find that
cu_shadown_i and cu_go_die_i are all now "dropped" i.e. are internally set
(within alu0 etc.)

some other signals that should not have been brought out are also dropped.
