btw, the "civil lawsuit" threat of defamation made by CALDERWOOD never
materialized. CALDERWOOD and LEWIS knew damn well it was baseless, as,
exactly as I stated publicly in a last-ditch effort to save NLnet's
reputation, FOSDEM's reputation, Simple-V's reputation, NGI Search's
reputation, Libre-SOC's reputation, and the NGI Group's reputation, LEWIS
had instructed RED employees to seize control of the FOSDEM 2025 Schedule,
to insert commercially-orientated talks that would have been immediately
obviously sub-standard to any experienced FOSDEM attendee.

the unsanctioned insertion of substandard talks INCLUDING ON THE CRIMINALLY
SEIZED NGI SEARCH GRANT was done unilaterally with absolutely zero
Libre-SOC Devroom team consultation or oversight of any kind. AT NO TIME
was there any public or private discussion: the sub-standard
commercially-orientated talks simply "appeared" in the Schedule, despite my
warnings to the FOSDEM Organisers that it was absolutely critically urgent
to remove RED Semiconductor Ltd employees IMMEDIATELY from the
Administration Console of the Libre-SOC 2025 Devroom.

MARGARITIS KONSTANTINOS also inserted a substandard talk, which contained
false information that, if permitted to be published in a talk online,
could have seriously harmed the reputation of the project, my Trademarked
property Simple-V, and the funding bodies - NLnet, NGI SEARCH and the NGI
Programme.

as the Administrator of the Devroom I respectfully requested KONSTANTINOS
to correct his false and damaging statements made in his Abstract. he
refused to do so after making a half-hearted set of additionally-damaging
false "corrections". after it was clear that he was engaging in sabotage,
by blatantly ignoring my authority as an experienced Project Administrator,
he removed the talk entirely and refused to attend FOSDEM.

bear in mind that KONSTANTINOS was intending to patent and sell the
NLnet-funded work to ARM under an exclusive license - an action that
directly violated both the Libre-SOC Charter *AND* NLnet's "Works For The
Public Good" Mandate.

KONSTANTINOS is sufficiently ignorant of patent law that he thought
ownership of a copyrighted *implementation* of a patent is ownership of the
*IDEAS* behind that implementation. with there being a public record on
both the bugtracker and the IRC Channel showing that both Jacob and myself
contributed to the *IDEAS*, it made all three of us *JOINT* owners of the
patentable material.

CALDERWOOD was able to fool KONSTANTINOS into signing the OpenPOWER
Foundation inbound patent license agreement, because KONSTANTINOS thought
that exclusive copyright ownership of the pseudocode *implementation* was
sufficient to claim 100% ownership over the patentable *ideas* that were in
fact provably and demonstrably jointly developed by myself, Jacob, and
KONSTANTINOS.

(note that I did inform NLnet of this attempt by KONSTANTINOS to violate
NLnet's mandate and the Libre-SOC Charter, in his efforts to exclusively
patent and seize control of material that has been jointly developed: they
did NOT respond or acknowledge the attempted theft, and later illegally
paid KONSTANTINOS after I had informed NLnet in writing of multiple
additional counts of criminal activity including violent assault, one such
incident having been witnessed by Mirko Presser around Nov 2023. yes,
Mirko: I had a stroke right in front of your eyes. that's why I was
stuttering so badly, and fell over after getting out of the chair. the
aggression shown by BHARVANI and KONSTANTINOS was just too great, it caused
Cortisol rise, and associated BP rise, both of which then caused a stroke
right in front of you).




the worst part for me as the person legally responsible for managing the
Libre-SOC Project and ensuring that it is protected: no Directors of RED
Semiconductor Ltd had agreed to abide by the strict Libre-SOC Charter,
meaning that none of them at any time were members of the Libre-SOC team. I
had also been forced to rescind all RED employees access to Libre-SOC
resources after being violently assaulted by their Directors on 15th Jan
2024.


as CALDERWOOD has had Legal Training, he knew full well that any legal
threat made against him or any employee would need to be declared to VCs,
at which point all possibility of VC funding would be terminated "pending
resolution".

to *COUNTERACT* this legal possibility, CALDERWOOD created a "false account
of reality" by positing to all and any that would listen that it was *ME*
who had made Defamatory statements, not him or any employees or Directors
of RED Semiconductor Ltd.

I later learned that he had pleaded desperately with my family members to
intervene into my life, stating that "he wished to desperately help Luke
avoid a Civil Defamation Lawsuit, please please listen only to me because
Luke is clearly mentally unstable, you should in no way contact him, listen
to what I say, only, because Luke will lie lie lie, I know him better than
you do, please help me to get him the psychiatric help he so desperately
and obviously needs, he is HARMING other people and might HARM himself as
well, I ONLY want to HELP him".

my brother, my mother, and my stepfather all fervently believed this false
account of reality, so much so that my brother threatened to take legal
action against anyone who "interfered" with the criminal process of
physically assaulting, poisoning and maiming me (significant video evidence
was recorded).

in other words CALDERWOOD's criminal and fraudulent actions directly caused
my brother to not only become an Accessory to an 1861 Section 18 Malicious
GBH offense, but to also commit an extremely serious secondary offense of
Obstruction of Justice.
