the internet journalist, Nina Zhang, who was helping me research the
assaults, violence, fraud and Trademark theft by RED Semiconductor Ltd
Directors, has gone missing.

she was in contact with me for a few months, and I learned that she had had
her phone and computer equipment seized after two "anonymous" phone calls
reported her as "psychiatrically disturbed". five armed police raided a
restaurant and forced her into a psychiatric institute.

she was then forcibly drugged at that same psychiatric institute, where she
informed me she was also raped.

her husband has not been able to reach her, and is clearly able, through
his longstanding personal knowledge of her as well as his knowledge of
technology, to see through the A.I. deep-faking taking place.

there is also the matter of an assassination attempt against a friend of
mine on the 16th July 2025, after he also unintentionally revealed that he
was helping investigate the fraud and Trademark theft committed by RED
Semiconductor Ltd's Directors. my friend had formerly discovered Catholic
Church, police and NHS corruption and collusion involving pedophile child
sex trafficking operating on the Isle of Wight, back in the 1990s, around
the time when Julie Fry, the Chief of Police at the time, "disappeared".

with my Trademarked technogy being MILITARY WEAPONS GRADE in A.I. AND
CRYPTOGRAPHIC Supercomputing capability I am astounded and terrified that
the NGI Programme Directors have listened to the people who stand to make
vast profits from stealing my work and claiming it as their own, instead of
to the person who invented it.

I am also astounded that TWELVE requests made in writing to GOUDRIAAN to be
put in touch with the NGI Directors in order to make an official complaint
regarding NLNet's fraudulent and abusive actions went ignored. after many
months I eventually independently tracked down an email address: I was put
into deep shock on hearing that NGI's Directors "approved" of GOUDRIAAN's
and LENAARS's behaviour without once asking me about the level of financial
fraud, abuse and violence committed by NLnet's Director and its employees.
the shock caused another stroke.

I now have hard medical evidence of strokes and heart attacks from chronic
poor health due to 15 years of domestic violence by MARIE RAYMOND. the
strokes were (and still are) down to massively high arterial cholesterol
levels, which burst routinely under deep shock and distress, and when it
was the Cerebral Arteries that burst it caused toxic poisoning as well as
strokes, heart attacks and life-threatening Anaphylactic shock.

this has occurred now approximately 300 times in the past five years.

a 10/20 EEG recording taken under Medical Supervision for 20 hours shows at
one point
a *FLATLINE* of all 20 signals for over one second (including the heart
signal). following the complete flatlining of all 20 signals is 30 seconds
of spiking that is identical to a Cardiac Arrest pattern.

in other words: I nearly died of a heart attack, right in front of Nursing
Professionals.

the incident, which has supporting video evidence recorded to Medical
Professional standards, took place during a monsoon storm, where my ears
"popped" (a very large barometric pressure change) at the exact moment that
the EEG went "flatline". what I suspect is that the pressure change induced
by the storm caused a massive "dump" of cholesterol and biotoxins into my
blood stream, sufficient to block Cerebral arteries and cause a
simultaneous heart attack and stroke.

on the same Medically Supervised video is stroke incidents where the staff
attempt to get me to speak full sentences: the videos show that I cannot
speak English except the most basic single-syllable sounds, but am able to
(painfully) speak both French and Dutch. the EEG recorded at the time of
the strokes shows massive fluctuations, particularly the heart signal has
8-10 Hz frequencies that spike at up to TEN times greater voltage than the
comparative "resting" (non-stroke) heart signal recorded before and after.

in addition an MRI Scan shows a genetic disorder (right hypoplastic
vertebral artery) reducing brain oxygen supply by 15%, as well as
Periventricular white matter Ischemia (from hypoxia likely from brain
trauma after a premature birth, which led to me going blue and being placed
on life support aged 2-6 weeks) and other damage including massive holes of
up to 8mm in diameter.

the same violent and abusive individual, MARIE RAYMOND, who is NOT my wife
as falsely stated repeatedly by GOUDRIAAN, also stole virtually every penny
of the EU Funds provided by both NLnet and NGI POINTER from 2019 to 2023,
as the individual had complete control over my bank account since 2010 and
refused systematically to allow me access to bank statements, as their
embezzlement of EU Funds would have become immediately apparent.

when are you all going to understand that my technology is worth killing
and maiming people to seize control of it?

I hid my Trademarked Technology, Simple-V, in plain sight under small EU
grants, so that it could be brought out safely and in good time, and with
careful review and approval by the UK's Ministry of Defense and by British
Intelligence Services (GCHQ).

LEWIS was instructed by RED Semiconductor Ltd Board of Directors to obtain
an MOD Grant, as by getting MOD approval it could be commercialized safely.

LEWIS blatantly disobeyed the instructions by the Board given to him, and
did not take the action requested by the Board despite repeated requests
over many months.

instead, LEWIS came up with the concept "VISC" which is an alias for my
Trademark, Simple-V, under which RED Semiconductor International Ltd is
claiming full ownership of my work, without license from myself, and
without any oversight that such licensing inherently brings.

there is also the matter of IBM being primarily funded to provide
Supercomputing technology to United States Corporations, Banking
Institutions, and Intelligence Agencies: applying my Trademarked technology
Simple-V to the POWER ISA was also a strategic move to bring my technology
safely under the umbrella of one of the largest and most powerful
Corporations in the world: IBM, through "inbound licensing" via the
OpenPower Foundation.

RED Semiconductor International Ltd's Directors, for commercial gain, have
instead applied my stolen Trademark Simple-V (under the alias VISC) to the
RISC-V ISA, without any oversight of any kind.

this intention was made very clear to NLnet when I was forced against my
will in Dec 2023 by the Directors of RED to put forward an NLnet Grant
under RED Semiconductor Ltd's name instead of the more appropriate and
fully independent Libre-SOC Research.

as NLnet fully knows: RED's Directors THREATENED NLnet to get allocated an
"independent portion" of the Grants, alarming NLnet sufficiently to stop
all Libre-SOC Grant funding entirely. however NLnet did *NOT* contact me to
ask what the hell was actually going on, and given that I had pneumonia in
Jan/Feb 2024, on top of having heart attacks, strokes, burst cerebral
arteries from failing Athersclerosis, has multiple hypoxia incidents which
has caused permanent brain damage, and was very close to death, I was in no
position medically to make any kind of defense given ongoing systematic
violence and falsification of medical records by NHS staff at UHS, let
alone deal with the ongoing fraud, stalking and violence by RED's Directors.

my biggest concern is that the Directors of RED Semiconductor International
Ltd will sell my weapons-grade technology under the alias "VISC" to the
highest bidder, including to enemies of the United Kingdom, the European
Union and the United States.

worse: with RISC-V being a known "unsafe" technology where the RISC-V
Foundation has a majority control by Chinese Corporations and
China-government-funded institutes and universities, and the entire RISC-V
Patent portfolio being completely inadequate (violating much of IBM's Prior
Art as well as that of many other inventors) it is astonishing to me that
the EU-funded NGI Programme has both approved and allowed Supercomputing
Weapons-grade technology theft to proceed unchecked.

There is no easy way to write this. This is not the kind of thing I ever
intended to write on this platform but I have been told the police are
looking for my wife Nina. In 2022, here on Substack, she published articles
exposing a devastating account of her former professor/advisor’s (Dr. Peter
Chen’s) improper prosecution. What she believed to actually be a high
profile persecution of him as a hall of fame cybersecurity researcher.

and Instagram were hacked. Last I knew I think these were her only media
accounts. This is quite strange because Nina’s ability to remember very
strong passwords is excellent and last time I saw her in the summer of 2023
with her parents I’m confident she had a Yubikey on all or most of her
accounts. Plus, last I knew she was still focused on publishing more things
about Dr. Chen’s case. It’s hard for me to imagine she had any intention of
publishing anything else before she finished her work on Dr. Chen’s case
because she spent thousands of dollars in FOIA requests and court
transcriptions for this end.

It also appears clear to me that someone is using a voiceprint of hers to
post deepfakes on her social media. Even worse, I believe someone is using
her phone number and University of Michigan Gmail account to deepfake calls
and impersonate her emails with me to try and convince me she is alright.

Plus, I believe one of my initial calls to the NYPD was also intercepted by
a man-in-the-middle cyberattack.

been MIM attacker who told me they were operator 2206, she placed me on a
forever hold. I immediatly called again on a different phone and operator
2583 told me he was the only operator on tonight. He gave me the helpdesk

accounts do get deleted I have organized the internet archives from the
Wayback Machine that she wanted made as the sole creator of her content¹.
Before we separated, she gave me a license to distribute her written
articles and content as I see fit. And today I declare Nina’s articles
which can be found in the Wayback Machine link’s below (see footnote) are
licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives
4.0 International License

For what it is worth, Nina told me she also considers her written articles
and content to be published this way herself but she just didn’t feel like
putting the license disclaimer on all her articles.

That is all for now. I am currently looking for a lawyer to help me make a
statement to law enforcement (please direct message a referral if you know
a good lawyer). This is not legal advice but if you have any knowledge
about how or why she is missing I recommend contacting the FBI. I am told
the NYPD now has an open case.
