SAQIB BHATTI if you recall i contacted you to advise you of the theft
of my technology by CALDERWOOD and LEWIS. if you recall i was
deeply concerned that the UK, yourself, the DSIT and the ChipStart
Programme would be brought into disrepute by Trademark theft of
some extremely powerful Supercomputing tecchnology, which
CALDERWOOD and I spent six months minimum three hours per
day to evaluate, concluding in 2021 that it was reasonable to achieve an
underestimated revenue from hardware sales of GBP 1.6 billion by year 6-7.

my Trademark is on Weapons-Grade Military Technology that your
incompetence has allowed CALDERWOOD and LEWIS to steal and sell,
unauthorised and unchecked, to the highest bidder: enemies of the
United Kingdom and its allies.

my strategy to contact the Ministry of Defense with a view to quietly
receiving approval for COTS hardware was blatantly disregarded by
LEWIS despite clear and unequivocable instructions from the Board
that he was to seek out sponsorship and a grant through the MOD's
Research Programme, obtaining approval by CESG as a dual-use
COTS hardware product.

i learned of this strategy because in 2004 when i worked for Aspex
Technology as a Cryptographic FAE they were going to apply for a
dual-use License for the Weapons-grade Supercomputing hardware
Technology that Aspex had developed, helping GCHQ fulfil its mission
more easily at lower cost by buying COTS Supercomputing products.


i now have hard medical evidence of strokes and heart attacks caused
by 16 years Domestic Violence, causing a horrific life-threatening
combination of Chronic Adrenal Fatigue and Chronic Peridontal Disease
that progressed to the point of athersclerosis, placing me at constant
risk of death over two hundred times due to burst cerebral arteries,
biotoxic and cholesterol floods under duress and shock, inducing
strokes, brain hemorrage and life-threatening Anaphylaxis. the MRI
scans are so horrifying i was sobbing in deep distress on reading the
Radiographer's report, which once again caused a stroke.

i was, being at death's door and fighting for my very life, completely
reliant on you to contact me to confirm the facts, which you absolutely
failed to do and only and exclusively contacted the very person who
had an easily-verifiable motive to lie and commit violence and
breathtaking fraud.

your incompetence has resulted in one assassination attempt, two
toxic poisonings resulting in life-altering brain damage, one rape,
one attempt to lie under police caution and at least three people
making false reports to the police. as you failed catastrophically to
ask me what was going on, instead choosing to contact a dangerous
psychopath with a financial motive for theft, you are implicated as
an accessory to these and many other serious crimes.

CALDERWOOD's modus operandi is to contact one person, claiming
to have been "harmed" and providing "evidence" which even a cursory
check would demonstrate as false. he then moves to the next person,
again claiming to have been "harmed" and, without the previous person's
knowledge or consent, invites the second to contact the previous person
for "confirmation" of the "facts".

he has been systematically stalking me for months, reading my
mailing list where i am publishing the facts, weaponising that information,
making false reports that i am "delusional and vengeful" when i am
in fact fighting for my life against his unspeakably evil intentions.

the problem is that in amongst this breathtaking and near-lethal criminal
activity he has made several mistakes that i have identified so far:

- he has claimed to be authorised by Company's House to make
  a fraudulent and false statement - i have the SAR which shows
  he was not authorised by Company's House to make fraudulent
  and false statements nor authorised by them to directly and
  criminally violate the GDPR.

- he has claimed that NLnet is self-authorised to violate the GDPR
  and Dutch Privacy Law, claiming that they will provide all and any
  information on immediate request by members of the public,
  to support his false and fraudulent claims, making NLnet's
  staff and Directors accessories to multiple criminal offenses.

- he has claimed publicly that RED Semiconductor Ltd is a
  software-only company which applied for the hardware-only
  ChipStart Programme, making you an accessory to fraud and
  embezzlement as you are directly responsible for the DSIT
  if they engage, as CALDERWOOD claims, in fraud and
  embezzlement.

  it is very easy to verify this statement as false: RED
  Semiconductor Ltd was the recipient of 2020 NGI POINTER
  funds on the development of an EU-funded hardware 180nm
  proof-of-concept ASIC implementing an early prototype
  of my Trademarked Technology. it was also the recipient
  of additional funds under the EU NGI Assure Programme.
  RED Semiconductor Ltd was also the recipient of NLnet
  Grant funding under the 2019.02.029.Coriolis2 hardware
  Grant, and the NLnet 2019.10.043.Wishbone hardware
  development Grant:

  additionally you can easily confirm with the hosts of the ChipStart
  Programme that RED Semiconductor Ltd positioned itself as
  a hardware-only company.

  the missing information that allowed CALDERWOOD to claim
  that RED Semiconductor Ltd was a software-only company is
  that they falsely and fraudulently claimed to have ownership
  of my Trademark Simple-V, under the alias "VISC", where i was,
  personally, as the sole exclusive owner of that stolen Trademark,
  funded by the EU to develop the Simple-V Service Mark and
  associated Standards and Certification Programmes, with a view to
  licensing them to hardware-only companies such as RED Semiconductor
  Ltd. no license was issued and they have not requested one, and
  neither has RED Semiconductor International Ltd.

this is very complex fraud that has gone on long enough,
and is directly harming peoples' lives. does someone have
to actually be murdered before you and the police properly
pay attention?
