last year you wrote that there was "evidence of personality change".
i thought you were referring to the strokes: i now realise you were
referring to false and fraudulent information wilfully and maliciously
provided by CALDERWOOD (OAPA 18).

the extent of the fraud, assaults and embezzlement of EU funds by
BHARVANI, MARGARITIS, CALDERWOOD and LEWIS is unknown
to you and to be frank you have been too stupid and too irresponsible
to carry out a proper investigation, doing something as simple as
checking the facts.

this means that you are an accessory to the crimes committed by the above:
fraud, embezzlement, Malicious Wounding and much more.

MIROSHNIKOV was tasked with liasing with me in sep 23 to make
carefully-crafted modifications to the Financial Audit Records of the
libre-soc project.

instead within ninety minutes he sabotaged the financial records, did not
inform me, and i was forced to call an emergency freeze and audit, a day
later on discovering the sabotage.

in the meantime, BHARVANI had been caught embezzling EUR 35,000
from the NGI POINTER Programme. he had not done the work, had
not purchased the asset required, and was fighting tooth and nail to
claim otherwise. when hard evidence of his fraudulent activity was
presented he became vengeful and aggressive, and when i called
an emergency audit and requested that everyone help with the audit
he instead illegally called a meeting attempting to seize control of
the libre-soc project, its resources, its finances and its operation.

as the illegal meeting progressed, CALDERWOOD assaulted me repeatedly
by putting me into deep shock, causing strokes, by screaming at me on the
phone to "get into the meeting" called illegally by BHARVANI and attended
by LEWIS CALDERWOOD MIROSHNIKOV and MARGARITIS.

they "voted" not realising that the project operates on unanimous
decision making.

their actions put me into deep shock, witnessed by Cambridge
Camping and Caravan Club campsite staff.

MARGARITIS in the meantime had received a contract as an
employee of ARM and was doing sub-standard work for NGI
Search as a result. he became too dangerous for me to interact
with after he and BHARVANI caused a stroke during a meeting,
witnessed by Mirko Presser. during that meeting we had it
confirmed that MARGARITIS and BHARVANI were attempting
to seize control of the NGI Search Grant, not realising that it was
a contract not a Memorandum of Understanding. it was very clear
that they intended to "divvy up" the EUR 150,000 grant between
themselves, and a very pissed-off Mirko had to bluntly disabuse
them of this additional fraudulent attempt at embezzlement of
EU Funds.

in addition as i already informed you: MARGARITIS was attempting
to steal patentable material jointly owned by himself, myself, and
JACOB LIFSHAY. he was not in any happy that i stood firmly in the
way of this effort at blatant technology theft.

LIFSHAY had repeatedly assaulted me both psychologically and
physically (non-contact, Rv JM&SM 2012) by blatantly ignoring
my authority and not paying attention to either clear repeated
instructions to stop, nor to technical matters critical to the project's
success. he had been warned repeatedly yet continued with his
insistent behaviour for years, exhausting and distressing me when
i was chronially ill and close to death due to the sixteen years of
domestic violence.

i had much too much to deal with, the exhaustion and shock of
chronic adrenal fatigue and chronic peridontal disease causing
so many strokes was taking all my energy.CALDERWOOD wilfully
and intentionally mis-represented the facts to you in order to
bolster his case of fraudulently stealing both RED Semiconductor
Ltd and my Trademark, Simple-V, through aliasing to VISC.

that Trademark as i have informed you is Weapons-Grade
Military Supercomputing Technology, intended to be hidden in
plain sight as COTS products. it can be used to make Hypersonic
missiles more reliable, aid criminals and foreign powers to enhance
AI fraud - all of which constitutes a direct threat to the security of the
United Kingdom, the EU and its allies given that CALDERWOOD
and LEWIS are attempting to sell my stolen technology to the
highest bidder.

you have not only assaulted me, you have committed serious
fraud and supported that fraud by seizing control of my project's
administration, inserting a substitute administrator DANIEL
LEIGHTON who was not a member of the project, had no idea
of the breathtaking extent of the fraud i was reporting to you,
had no idea or understanding of the medical danger i was in,
who would do your bidding and provide false reports and false
and fraudulent financial records to the NGI Auditors, and whom
i had told you at least three times in writing that under no
circumstances whatsoever were you to contact him due to him
also committing serious criminal offenses.

put bluntly: you fraudulently and blatantly put a criminal in charge
of operating my project's administration, accounting, and reporting.

you blatantly refused to accept my reports of fraud, due to
CALDERWOOD falsely informing you that i was dangerous,
delusional and psychotic.

the level and extent of your failures and violence, recorded
on video, is... words fail me to properly describe it.

please turn yourself in to the police and provide the evidence that
they need.

if you fail to do so, or destroy or tamper with that evidence it is
Obstruction of Justice - itself a serious criminal offense.

to all officers: start fucking well doing your jobs and start taking these
matters seriously. you have a dangerous psychopath on the loose
who will stop at nothing to get what he wants: control of my
Weapons-Grade technology and to sell it to the highest bidder.

CALDERWOOD's actions have resulted in one assassination
attempt, two poisonings that have resulted in life-altering
neurological damage, violent torture, and one rape.

in my case brain damage from strokes and hypoxia also resulted
from his criminal actions, and i have been placed at risk of
death multiple times from cardiac arrest. the heart attacks were
witnessed and video'd.
