sam, I am really concerned.
your summary was fantastic and reassured me.
I expected some action and help at last
then I get a curt response.
the complaint WAS ABOUT THE FACT THAT CASES ARE CLOSED
Nichola was abusive in repeatedly expecting me to go through "cases" when
she gave numbers that are YOUR REFERENCE NUMBERS
how the hell am I supposed to know what YOUR case reference numbers mean?
when I explained this she failed to listen.
repeatedly.
for someone who has been tortured, maimed, and almost killed by the NHS, to
then fail to listen is ABUSE
okay?
STOP IT
get the cases open
don't force someone who has been TORTURED CLOSE TO DEATH to react well when
you force them To do something.
you HAVE to respect what has happened, be properly empathetic and LISTEN
okay?
no time pressure whatsoever
