[Libre-soc-dev] in septic shock

I've just lost the ability to speak for the third time
in four days. woken up at 4am I felt very sick
(after known sepsis 4 days ago), had to get
some clove oil to rinse out my mouth and it was 5
minutes before I tried speaking and found I
could not.

this time is more serious as I cannot manage
even single syllables.
