[Libre-soc-dev] RFP submission for gigabit crypto router 2021-02-052

We're currently working on some of the tasks for 2021-02-052 (Luke has
decided some of them are ok to work on...), when should we stop, call what
we did so far good enough (assuming we have enough done by then) and submit
our final RFPs? like May 20? or May 30? We want to leave enough time for
you to reasonably be able to handle the RFPs...
