please state very clearly and very plainly: why did you make
that statement? it comes "out-of-the-blue" to all of us, and
i will be honest: it came as a surprise, as it is, from the 6 years
i have known you, it is "out of character".

please make it clear and public:

1. to whom, if anyone, have you been speaking?
2. who, if anyone, advised you to make that statement?
3. was it of your own volition?
4. did you get any advice in writing it, and if so, from whom?

this is real important jacob: it could make the difference as to
whether you go to prison or not.
