we've just received word (below) that the Libre-SOC External RFCs
are "reinstated". i have a dual role/capacity: as Libre-SOC's
lead and also the OPF ISA WG Silver Representative. the "meeting"
referenced below i was neither invited to nor notified of its
existence.

however at least the RFCs are "reinstated", and as such will
proceed for consideration.

This was a misunderstanding due to miscommunication.
The ISA TWG has reinstating the RFC request.
